Contentment

I realize that I am the most fortunate person in the world.

As I look at my life, now and enroute to now, I cannot imagine how it could be any better.

I know love, compassion, contentment. I am completely and fully at peace with who and what I am and have been.

Every step on this path through life has been rewarding and fulfilling. There is nothing I would choose to change.

Life is and has been good. I am truly blessed with everything I could or should ever desire—a loving family of people I cherish and admire, material security and comfort, freedom from fear or regret, complete satisfaction with the past and faith in the future.

When I complete my time here, I hope no one will mourn my departure, but instead will be grateful, as am I, for the wonderful life I enjoyed, and will realize, as do I, how truly blessed I was.
