Let’s examine FEAR . . .  Physical and Mental

Fear is one of nature’s means of keeping us safe.“Fight or flight” syndrome, stimulated by rush of adrenaline released at sign of danger (fear). We react to ward off danger.  We learn to fear danger for our safety. Fear is necessary to our safety.

We learn (are taught) to fear loss or punishment, or lack of reward, or frustrated desires or wants, or thwarted will—all of which results in unhappiness. We fear not gaining happiness, or losing happiness.

This fear is “learned” and is based on unrealistic expectations, and so, can be eliminated.
